A single storey rear extension commissioned by our Client, forms a contemporary replacement for their historic conservatory. The sleek, aluminium bifold doors are framed with a sheltered overhang, forming a canopy to assist with privacy and protection from the elements.
House extension – Livingston
A modern day house was refurbished with a bespoke extension to the rear of the property to create an open plan kitchen living space. Maximising light was a key consideration in the design proposal and was justified through the use of a large feature gable opening facing west and aided with high level rooflights. Not only is the contemporary design light and spacious there is a calm and airy feel to the space making for a relaxing environment with great views out to the well maintained garden.

A small historic cottage with character had the potential for maximizing potential space. The proposal converted the existing roof space (combined with a dormer extension) to create additional bedrooms and en-suite on the upper floor. The ground floor underwent a re-design to create an open plan contemporary family room.
